How quickly will my item be shipped? Which shipping methods do you use?

Your parcel will be shipped within 2-3 days from ordering

I use Royal Mail Second Class postage within the UK if postage is paid for, and Standard International Delivery for orders outside the UK. Please note that I do NOT use tracked shipping UNLESS REQUESTED, as it is a more expensive shipping option that not every customer would like.

Returns

I’m confident that you will be happy with your order, however If you are not 100% satisfied, a return or an exchange can be arranged.
Due to the extra handling and packaging, the cost of the return and any exchange postage will be the responsibility of the buyer.

What if my item has been damaged during delivery or is delayed/lost

Damage: This is thankfully quite rare and I do my absolute best to ensure items are wrapped carefully.
However if your item arrives and is broken or damaged please take a picture of the item and packaging in order for me to be able to make a claim.
Any damage must be reported within 7 days of receiving your parcel.


Delay: On some occasions delivery takes longer than expected and I ask that you are patient enough to give an item one month before considering it lost. Unfortunately I have no control over postal services and when items have to transfer between different postal services and go through customs unexpected delays can occur.

Do you ship outside the UK

I’ve had many orders posted outside the UK, however this isn’t available through my website at the moment, therefore please do contact me if you need anything posted internationally.
